Polished Blackstone Stairs Minecraft Palettes
Polished Blackstone Stairs is a Nether block for hellscape bases, bastions, and fiery builds. As stairs it suits roofs, steps, and angled trim. Mix it with other Nether blocks such as blackstone, basalt, and nether bricks, and add warm light from shroomlight or glowstone.
Building with Polished Blackstone Stairs
Blocks to try around it, picked by color and surface detail. These are suggestions, not rules.
- Foundation: Nether Bricks. Darker, so the bottom rows look like a solid base.
- Wall texture: Gilded Blackstone. Close in color with more surface detail. Mix some into large walls so they look less flat.
- Trim: Stripped Oak Log. Much lighter and warmer, so it stands out on corners, edges, and frames.
